CheckIn & CheckOut

• Arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you are unable to comply, please inform us in time.
• Departure by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure

Vacation extension

For a fee you can enjoy your time in our apartments for longer. (Only on request and subject to availability)

Early check-in from 8:00 a.m., fee € 49,-
Late check-out until 6:00 p.m., fee € 49,-

Payment

• Deposit: 50% of the total amount upon reservation
• Final payment: up to 7 days before your arrival

After receipt of the deposit the booking is binding.

Payment: Bank transfer or cash. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

If canceled up to 3 months before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. After that the following cancellation fees have to be paid:

• up to 1 month before date of arrival 40% of the total amount
• up to 1 week before date of arrival 70% of the total amount
• in the last week the total price

In order to avoid the cancellation of the cancellation fee, premature departure or / and late or no-show the burden of the entire stay, we recommend to take out your own insurance. In addition, the AGBs.
